If you had to choose a REIT right now, which one would it be? $O-0.5% is classic, I'm tempted by $LTC-0.5% or maybe $MAIN+0.0%. What do you think? I'm obviously aware of the risks associated with REITs.

I only have $MPW-5.5% but I wouldn't shop there. Thanks for the tips, I didn't know $LTC-0.5% at all.
I'm not investing in REITs yet, but I do plan to buy $O-0.5% soon.
Especially $WPC-1.2% and $O-0.5%. But I would also look at $STAG-1.3%, $NNN-1.2%, $PSA-1.8% and $KRC-0.7%.
Dividend yield >3.5%, D/E <6, Mid cap+$PSA-1.8% $CCI-1.9% $O-0.5% $STAG-1.3% $ADC-0.8% $NNN-1.2% $EPR-1.9% $EPRT-1.2% $IRM-0.4%, but then maybe even $PLD-0.4% or $FRT-0.7%.
Definitely LTC.
I'd lean more towards LTC, I find born from second choice slightly undervalued.
