Intel $INTC will invest $1.2 billion in Costa Rica over the next two years, the company said. The announcement comes after the U.S. State Department said in July that it would work with the Costa Rican government to support Costa Rica's semiconductor sector through the Chip and Science Act through 2022.

For me it's more Intel, AMD seems overpriced to me. Let's see how Intel can handle the fight with other chipmakers and how it manages to develop its network of manufacturing factories around the world.
