What two companies would you recommend to a novice investor at this time? Obviously $GOOGL+1.5% $AAPL+3.7% etc is great, but those are at a great price right now. I say maybe $O-2.4% might be a nice buy right now, or even $DIS-0.1%.

Technology stocks are up tens of % this year, some by more than 100%. For example, $META+3.9% stock is up 140% for the year and $NVDA+4.0% stock is up 180%. I'm increasingly regretting not buying tech stocks sooner and buying more of them. However, I still bought some tech stocks. I was buying $AAPL+3.7% stock at $133 and then I was still buying $GOOGL+1.5% stock at $98.

Investors, do you prefer value or growth stocks and which are your favorite stocks?
I prefer value stocks, and my favorite stocks are $AAPL+3.7%, $CVS+0.0%, or $MO-0.8%, for example.
This is literally a BIG MOVE for Apple $AAPL+3.7%! 👇
Apple will save billions of dollars in chip manufacturing costs for new iPhones in 2023. This is due to the move to a more advanced 4nm manufacturing process. Apple buys tens of billions of dollars worth of chips each year for its products, especially iPhones. Currently, the chips are manufactured using a 5nm process, but TSMC...

That's great information and thank you for it. Otherwise, as has been written here $AAPL+3.7% is slowly declining and if it continues to decline I might buy a little more.
Investors, if you could only have 5 stocks in your portfolio, what would they be?
For me, it would probably be $AAPL+3.7%, $GOOGL+1.5%, $CVS+0.0%, $BRK-A+0.1% and $ASML+5.1%.
I guess having almost 50% of the portfolio in Apple $AAPL+3.7% (like W. Buffett) actually makes sense. If we have a chance to follow the company, let's see how far it's come in the last 10, 15 years. It's a very complex and diverse company, and their "new" savings account?

It definitely makes sense to me to have 50% of the portfolio in $AAPL+3.7% as it's a great company. While $AAPL+3.7% doesn't make up 50% of my portfolio, it still makes up the largest position.
Which companies will you be following this week? I've got a few on there - $CVS+0.0%, $PFE-0.3%. $AAPL+3.7%, $OXY+0.5%.
Investors, which company's results surprised you the most this week and which company's results are you looking forward to next week?
I was certainly pleased with $GOOGL's+1.5% results and surprised by $MMM'+0.4%s results as I was expecting much worse given the situation they are currently in. As for next week, I'm looking forward to and interested in the results of $PFE-0.3%, $...

We've covered this event here before, but actually to this day I still don't understand why $MNST-1.0% has managed to be historically more powerful than our biggest $AAPL+3.7%, is there anyone here who knows a little more about the Monster beverage story and can explain to me why its performance was better than Apple? Thanks gang.
Monster Beverage…
MNSTFor this year, some tech stocks are up tens of % and some are even up more than 100%. I have $AAPL+3.7% stock included in my portfolio that is 40%+ and then I have $GOOGL+1.5% stock that is 20%+ in my portfolio.
What tech stocks do you have in your portfolio and what are your gains on them?
As I watch today, nothing much is happening yet, but the same cannot be said about the predictions and rating changes, which are literally tearing the bag today.
Let's take a look at the most interesting ones 👇

We'll see how far $AAPL+3.7% stock goes. But I'm holding $AAPL+3.7% stock for now and I have no plans to sell.
Do you know what the future looks like regarding $AAPL+3.7% and its electric vehicle? I haven't heard any news in a long time.

It seems to me now that even with the iPhone nothing new is happening, the last generations are actually exactly the same. It's similar with Siri, it's been around for how many years and there's hardly been an upgrade, with this one I feel like Apple slept a little bit. Then they come out with crap like their own car...
Investors, what three stocks make up the largest position in your portfolio?
In my portfolio, $AAPL+3.7% is the largest position, followed by $GOOGL+1.5%, and $CVS+0.0% is the third largest position in my portfolio.
In case you were wondering why most stocks were green yesterday and $AAPL+3.7%, $MSFT+1.8%, $GOOG+1.5% and $AMZN+1.8% were down, here's why 👇

Even worse results than at the beginning of the year. Samsung's profits fell 96 percent.

Compared to the covid era, there was a brutal drop in demand for memory chips, which also caused the prices of these chips to fall - lower margins. They probably didn't fully take care of it and didn't adjust production to the demand.
I would probably recommend $AAPL+3.7% and $CVS+0.0%. However, I don't think you can say it like this. Everyone likes something different and every investor should do their own analysis and calculate the intrinsic value of the stock. So if someone wanted to invest in stocks, I would start with bluechips stocks.
