Bernstein says it's time to move to the sidelines as competition grows.

The firm on Monday downgraded the tech giant to Market Perform from Outperform with a target price of $125 per share - representing or roughly 6% growth over the next year.

Just out of interest, I would like to ask you what you bought and sold last time and possibly why.

I bought $MMM last time and sold off a few pieces of $GOOGL with the understanding that I kept a little but the price had already gotten high.

I don't know about you, but I'm going to close a position on Alphabet $GOOGL today that I took at $91. It gave me +34% in the short term. I was originally planning on a longer term hold, but what is happening in the markets has nothing to do with healthy growth.

Tomorrow is Google's annual developer conference, where Alphabet plans to announce several AI-related news and improvements, including the release of LLM for mainstream use.

They will also be showing off the new Pixel Fold foldable phone, for example.

What do you think about the leaked insider document from $GOOGL in which their senior software developer writes that Google has virtually nothing unique in the AI field to beat the competition?

I think we'll be able to buy $GOOGL stock nicely undervalued on Monday. 👍

$GOOGL is trying to patent AI that allows you to create user interfaces and even entire applications using only natural language descriptions. 💡🌐 This patent could be another advantage for $GOOGL. 👍
