What two companies would you recommend to a novice investor at this time? Obviously $GOOGL+0.7% $AAPL+0.5% etc is great, but those are at a great price right now. I say maybe $O-0.6% might be a nice buy right now, or even $DIS+1.6%.
I would probably recommend $AAPL+0.5% and $CVS+2.7%. However, I don't think you can say it like this. Everyone likes something different and every investor should do their own analysis and calculate the intrinsic value of the stock. So if someone wanted to invest in stocks, I would start with bluechips stocks.
Technology stocks are up tens of % this year, some by more than 100%. For example, $META+2.3% stock is up 140% for the year and $NVDA+1.7% stock is up 180%. I'm increasingly regretting not buying tech stocks sooner and buying more of them. However, I still bought some tech stocks. I was buying $AAPL+0.5% stock at $133 and then I was still buying $GOOGL+0.7% stock at $98.

Investors, if you could only have 5 stocks in your portfolio, what would they be?
For me, it would probably be $AAPL+0.5%, $GOOGL+0.7%, $CVS+2.7%, $BRK-A+2.2% and $ASML+0.1%.
Investors, which company's results surprised you the most this week and which company's results are you looking forward to next week?
I was certainly pleased with $GOOGL's+0.7% results and surprised by $MMM'+0.4%s results as I was expecting much worse given the situation they are currently in. As for next week, I'm looking forward to and interested in the results of $PFE+0.8%, $...

$GOOGL+0.7% is growing and growing. Lately it seems to me that a lot of people are waiting for recessions when $GOOGL+0.7% goes down. But plans are in the works to come up with, for example, an improved Google Bard that should be able to design, run, monitor with adjust marketing not just campaigns, but the entire marketing concept of the company. So, it sounds unbelievable,...

Google had great results, which makes me very happy. I don't use Bardo yet, as I mainly use ChatGPT. But I'm going to take a look at Bardo today.
What do you think about the Alphabet $GOOGL+0.7% results? Satisfaction for me 👇
Bulios Flash News: Google beat market expectations and reported earnings per share of $1.44 for the quarter, compared to expectations of $1.32. Revenues came in at $74.6 billion, also topping estimates of $72.8 billion.
...The results are great and since I have $GOOGL+0.7% stock in my portfolio, Google makes me happy.
Google's $GOOGL+0.7% revenue for Q2 since 2007 👇
It's growing nicely, and I was pleasantly surprised by yesterday's results, with sales up again. I have to say that $GOOGL+0.7% makes me happy.
So investors, whose results will you be interested in this week? I think there's something for everyone 😄 For me, I think every day will be interesting, but I'm mostly focused on 3M $MMM+0.4%, Google $GOOGL+0.7% and $UNP-0.7%.
I am interested in the results of several companies, but I am especially interested in the results of $GOOGL+0.7%, $MSFT-0.1%, $V+0.4%, $KO-0.5%, $META+2.3%, $MCD+0.1%, $CVX-0.3% and also $PG-0.7%.
Next week we will report the results of several interesting and well-known companies such as $GOOGL+0.7%, $MSFT-0.1%, or $PG-0.7%. I'm definitely interested in the results of $GOOGL+0.7%, $PG-0.7%, $MCD+0.1%, and I'm also interested in the results of $MMM+0.4% because of where they are. Of course, I look forward to seeing the results of the other companies as well.

For this year, some tech stocks are up tens of % and some are even up more than 100%. I have $AAPL+0.5% stock included in my portfolio that is 40%+ and then I have $GOOGL+0.7% stock that is 20%+ in my portfolio.
What tech stocks do you have in your portfolio and what are your gains on them?
I have shares of $GOOGL+0.7% in my portfolio and would like to buy shares of $MSFT-0.1% below. I agree with Peter and Luke, I also have more faith in Google and Microsoft.
Chatbot Bard by $GOOGL+0.7% is now available in Europe. Finally. I have to say, though, that I've gotten so used to ChatGPT in the meantime that unless Bard offers better features, I have no reason to switch. However, I very much feel the absence of actual data with ChatGPT (the non-paid version). But that should change for the unpaid version in the near future.

Investors, what three stocks make up the largest position in your portfolio?
In my portfolio, $AAPL+0.5% is the largest position, followed by $GOOGL+0.7%, and $CVS+2.7% is the third largest position in my portfolio.
Shares of $GOOGL+0.7% are up over 30%+ for the year and shares of $MSFT-0.1% are up over 40%+ for the year.
I picked up$MSFT-0.1% pretty well at $235 and I'm still holding. I believe they will improve results with the help of AI, the inclusion of AI in Office and Windows will attract new customers. I didn't buy $GOOGL+0.7% and I'm glad I have money in $MSFT-0.1%, I like that one better.
Investment Disney, but we have Neflix :D but when I watch something it's mostly YouTube
