Do you have any dividend stocks on your watchlist that you expect to grow more in the next few years? For me it could be Reit like $O-0.6%

Investors, is there a stock you've liked this year that you've bought often and has become your favorite?
I have become very fond of $ASML+0.1%, $CVS+2.7% and $O-0.6% this year. I see potential in all three companies and think there is quite a bit of room for growth in the stock. I've bought the aforementioned stocks quite frequently this year and they already make up a large...

Investors, what REITs do you have in your portfolio?
I've been adding mostly $O-0.6% and $VICI-0.5% lately, as those prices have been nice, and I'm still thinking about $WPC-1.2%.

Hi, I have exactly these three companies as well and buy relatively regularly. 😊
Realty Income will report results today. I've been buying quite a bit of $O-0.6% stock on a regular basis lately as the price has been great so I'm very interested in the results.
Do you have $O-0.6% stock in your portfolio and what are you expecting the results to be?
Good day to all investors here.
It's November here and I was wondering what stocks have you been buying over the last month? For me, the last month has been a bitcoin $BTCUSD+1.9% reit change($O-0.6%) and the addition of $TSLA+3.9% in addition to the classic SNP 500 ETF. What interesting purchases did you make in October? :)
Investors, which companies are due to pay you a dividend in the near future?
I am very grateful for the portfolio tracker here on Bulios, as I no longer have to look all over the place for when my dividend is coming and I have everything in one place and now in October I should be getting a dividend from $O-0.6% and $MO+0.2%.
Investors, which REITs are included in your portfolio?
REITs are down quite a bit this year, so I've been adding shares of $O-0.6% and $VICI-0.5% and plan to take a closer look at $WPC-1.2%. Shares of $O-0.6% even got below $50 last month so I overbought, but the price is still great for me so I'll be overbought some more this month.

I'm thinking of listing a PUT on $NIO+1.0%, and probably some CALL spreads to go with it.
How do you see it now with Reit like $O-0.6%, will they go down as long as the Fed raises more and then theoretically when rates are cut they could go up? That means next year , when the plan so far is 2024 for the first rate cut.

I've been overbought REITs regularly lately, but I believe the stock will go even lower and then I would buy more :)
Reits are very nicely priced at the moment and I personally think that with interest rates coming down, reits could start to profit nicely and grow in price, which are your favourites? I'll highlight $O-0.6% or $VICI-0.5%
VICI Properties Inc.
VICIInvestors, how do you currently approach investing in stocks and ETFs ?
I am currently trying to accumulate cash so that I can buy stocks when they fall significantly. Otherwise, I have not been buying tech stocks at all lately and...

Buying ETFs is like putting on clean socks in the morning... classic :) I am accumulating and will gradually pour cash into the market and into individual titles.
I've been buying into REITs quite a bit in recent months. I have $O-0.6% stock in my portfolio, which I try to buy below $60. More recently, I've added $VICI-0.5% stock to my portfolio, which I've been buying below $30. It seems to me that REITs have been getting hammered quite a bit lately, so I've been overbought regularly and looking forward to the dividend coming :D.
What...

$O-0.6% $WPC-1.2% $VICI-0.5% $ABR-0.8% but there are a bunch of quality REITs.
VICI Properties
Lately, I've been thinking about adding shares of VICI Properties to my portfolio, which focuses primarily on casinos, hotels, bars and golf courses. I am very attracted to this REIT as the fundamentals of this company are very solid and the payout ratio is approximately 70%, while for example REIT Realty Income $O-0.6% has a payout ratio of approximately 220%...

Certainly $O-0.6%, but also Poland's PKN Orlen. I also like the US bank $C+2.2%.
