Investors, which REITs are included in your portfolio?

REITs are down quite a bit this year, so I've been adding shares of $O0.8% and $VICI2.3% and plan to take a closer look at $WPC1.4%. Shares of $O0.8% even got below $50 last month so I overbought, but the price is still great for me so I'll be overbought some more this month.

Investors, what stocks are you planning to buy next week?

I'll be buying $BTI0.5%, $O0.8% and I'll be buying some of $PEP0.6% next week.

Investors, what stocks did you buy or sell last month?

I bought $O0.8%, $BTI0.5% and I bought $PEP0.6% last month and as far as selling, I didn't sell anything.

How do you see it now with Reit like $O0.8%, will they go down as long as the Fed raises more and then theoretically when rates are cut they could go up? That means next year , when the plan so far is 2024 for the first rate cut.

Reits are very nicely priced at the moment and I personally think that with interest rates coming down, reits could start to profit nicely and grow in price, which are your favourites? I'll highlight $O0.8% or $VICI2.3%

I've been buying into REITs quite a bit in recent months. I have $O0.8% stock in my portfolio, which I try to buy below $60. More recently, I've added $VICI2.3% stock to my portfolio, which I've been buying below $30. It seems to me that REITs have been getting hammered quite a bit lately, so I've been overbought regularly and looking forward to the dividend coming :D.

What two companies would you recommend to a novice investor at this time? Obviously $GOOGL1.8% $AAPL3.1% etc is great, but those are at a great price right now. I say maybe $O0.8% might be a nice buy right now, or even $DIS1.9%.

It's Friday again :) How do you rate this week? Did you buy, sell or watch the results? I overbought $O0.8%.

There was a discussion here a while ago about overbuying $O0.8% and most said when it was under 60 :) and there we are now, overbuying?

The$O0.8% 's pretty nicely carved up now. What's the ideal entry price for you? I'm at the point now that I'd be lowering the average purchase price, and I'm quite tempted to add at least a little bit. How about you?

I was buying $SPY2.2%, $^NDX2.1% and $MO1.9% at the beginning of the month. I still plan to buy shares of $O0.8% in the next week.

If you had to choose a REIT right now, which one would it be? $O0.8% is classic, I'm tempted by $LTC1.6% or maybe $MAIN1.5%. What do you think? I'm obviously aware of the risks associated with REITs.

Last Friday, the Reality Income $O0.8% stock went under 60, so I bought in. Have you repurchased in the last week or are you going to today?
