Investors, how do you view Waste Management and at what price would you buy $WM stock?

For me, this company is great and the stock is very stable and growing over the long term. The current price is not too bad, however I will be buying when the price drops below $150.

Investors, which company's results will interest you most next week?

I will be very interested in the results of $ASML, $BAC, $TSLA, $NFLX and $PM.

Investors, which companies are due to pay you a dividend in the near future?

I am very grateful for the portfolio tracker here on Bulios, as I no longer have to look all over the place for when my dividend is coming and I have everything in one place and now in October I should be getting a dividend from $O and $MO.

Shares of $KO are down more than 14% this year and shares of $PEP are down more than 8%. Currently, it strikes me that both stocks are at a nice price. I recently bought a share of $PEP and will buy a little more this week.

Shares of $WBD are down over 60% in the last 5 years and down over 14% in the last year. When I looked more closely at this company, I didn't even find it as bad as some investors claim. However, I don't think I want to invest in it and prefer $DIS stock .

What is your opinion on this company and do you have shares of this company in your portfolio?

Investors, which REITs are included in your portfolio?

REITs are down quite a bit this year, so I've been adding shares of $O and $VICI and plan to take a closer look at $WPC. Shares of $O even got below $50 last month so I overbought, but the price is still great for me so I'll be overbought some more this month.

Investors, what stocks are you planning to buy next week?

I'll be buying $BTI, $O and I'll be buying some of $PEP next week.

The Nasdaq-100 index is up more than 30% this year, but the index is down more than 4% in the last month. Perhaps we could see some year-end pullback in this index but also in tech stocks. I don't buy tech stocks anymore, but I do buy the Nasdaq-100 every month.

Do you have $^NDX in your portfolio and how do you currently view the tech sector?

For a long time, I was unable to judge whether $CEZ.PR stock was undervalued or overvalued. According to the Bulios indicator, $CEZ.PR stock is quite a bit undervalued. I like CEZ stock a lot, but I don't like at all how the company is still being pressured by the government and the company is partially controlled by the government.

Investors, what specific ETFs are you buying?

I buy SP500 specifically CSPX.UK($CSPX.L) every month and then I buy Nasdaq100 specifically CNDX.UK($CNDX.L).

I've been thinking about buying shares of $KOMB.PR for a long time. I recently decided to buy and will soon include $KOMB.PR stock in my portfolio. KB stock is currently undervalued and the bank pays an 8% dividend, which I like very much.

Do you have shares of Komerční banka or any other Czech banks in your portfolio?

Shares of $INTC are up over 30% this year, which is very solid. The company hasn't done well over the past five years, as you can see from the chart. However, I see the company starting to turn around and I believe it will start to do well again. Investors, what stocks did you buy or sell last month?

I bought $O, $BTI and I bought $PEP last month and as far as selling, I didn't sell anything.

Shares of $TGT are down more than 27% for the year, and the company pays a pretty nice dividend as well. The stock has been steadily declining for more than a year now, and the Bulios indicator says that $TGT stock is currently undervalued by more than 50%.
